Bad news this morning on the personal front. Something I ate yesterday disagreed violently with me and we have been forced to postpone our departure from Besançon until tomorrow. The next stage is a tough 25kms and the weather was forecast to be a sunny 27/28 degrees. In the circumstances we thought it best to rest for another day.
